Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Encore Contract Writing Suite (ECWS) platform and website operated by Encore Services, LLC ("Encore," "we," "us").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ECWS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

ECWS is intended for use by authorized federal acquisition personnel and licensed enterprise customers. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

All AI-generated content produced by ECWS is intended to assist contracting officers and acquisition professionals. AI outputs do not constitute legal advice. All outputs must be reviewed and approved by a qualified Contracting Officer before use in any official procurement action. Encore makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

ECWS, the Acumen-7 engine, the Contract Twin architecture, and all related software are proprietary to Encore Services, LLC. U.S. Patent Pending. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encore's total liability for any claim arising from use of ECWS shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. Encore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.
