Encore Services, LLC is committed to ensuring the Encore Contract Writing Suite (ECWS) is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Our Commitment

ECWS is designed to meet the following accessibility standards:

• Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
• Screen reader compatibility (tested with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)
• Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA minimums
• Text alternatives for all non-text content
• Resizable text up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality
• No content that flashes more than three times per second
